I'm not sure if your watching another version. i checked out

Walking.Tall.2.The.Payback.2007.STV.DVDRip.XviD-SAPHiRE

and there is a rape scene at the 1 hour mark but it's terrible, nothing is shown

maybe you have seen an uncut version ?
