This is not something that the victim would say or would be told, but the one word I've always loved to encounter in bondage stories was "spreadeagled".
For example a story in a detective magazine might say “the young victim was found screaming, after suffering through three days of a relentless session of gang rape, mercilessly bound spreadeagled to the bed."
That word leaves me drooling - a lot.
