What the fuck is going on in the world of the Nobel Prize committee?

I've got nothing against Obama but how the fuck did he manage to score the Nobel Peace Prize? Apart from only being in the job of President for ten minutes what is peaceful about the prosecution of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Have the Swedes lost it or do they want something from the USA? It's as bad as giving the Nobel Literature Prize to Jeffrey Archer.
