Actually I was toying with ND, for JD is a bourbon whiskey. It is the JD distillery itself that claims that Jack Daniel's is not a bourbon because it is charcoal filtered. But this is irrelevant, as there is no such legal stipulation and there are other bourbons that are charcoal filtered as well. ND should probably stick to Bloody Marys.
