Keep in mind that not all women take a long time or require a lot of stimulation to reach orgasm. Some of us cum quite fast. (This can be a purely physical response that happens whether we want to or not.)
There is also a lot of information on the net about forced orgasms, which does apply in consensual situations (mostly bdsm scenes from what I've seen) and non-consensual ones (as in the case of real rapes).
I was never forced that way myself for real, athough I often enjoy the fantasy version.
But I have known other women/young girls who were raped where they actually orgasmed during the attack. And no, that was NOT from pleasure by any stretch of the imagination. It was merely a physical response they couldn't prevent. Of course, this adds even more to the horror and shame they experienced that remains with them the rest of their lives. It's also one more reason why a woman is less likely to report the crime. That was a big factor in those cases, anyway.
