As I twist wires together, a small spark falls onto the table. I smile as it ignites and starts to burn. Eyes half closed, staring at the fire. Watching it lick at the table. Never any threat of really burning anything but I smother it with my hand nonetheless. A sharp second of pain that makes me shudder. Shudder in pleasure. That should keep the monsters at bay for a good hour or so. Though I can already hear them howling in my head.
