Rules?
Excuse me, but I only question where the rule is. Your link only has the reference to underage. I think the rules should be clearly stated if you are going to admonish one of your members in public. It could easily be added beside underage, as some other sites do. I have been a good member for some time, and only wish to do what is right. After all this is your site; not mine. Feel free to privately message me if you would prefer. No hard feelings. I only ask for clarification on where the rule is and or why it could not be more clearly stated to forestall any animosity of your members.
