I know of a real case which highlights the issue of possession. A husband and wife split up, involved an affair, whilst still living together pending finding other accommodation the wife searches husbands computer when he is out and finds bestiality material. She reports it to the police who have to investigate it. Not sure how it ended but he is not in a nice place.
