In my case, he no doubt did it many times before, one could say he had his tactics pretty well perfected, i was left with no possible way of escaping him,and in fear for my life,i had no doubts that he would carry out his threats,so when he wanted "cowgirl" from me,he got "cowgirl" from me.
It wasn't the most painful experience of the day,but it was certainly the most degrading!
