Default Roman Polanksi - Justice?

In Europe the Case Polanski still is quite present in every media.

76-year-old, legendary filmmaker Roman Polanski was arrested in Switzerland for raping a 13-year-old girl in the USA 1977.
In 1978 he pleaded guilty but fled the USA to France, never to return. Septembre 27th 2009 he was arrested to be extradited to the USA to stand trial.

Naturally a case like this unearthed a lot of media interest as well as countless opinions. Now I am interested in yours.

What do you think?
