Everyone gets different speeds on these host sites depending on their location. Fortunately, for me they work good

I'm 99.9% sure its just a mediafire temporary issue. That file has close to a thousand downloads with no errors reported so far. Try downloading again in a day and if you still got a problem lemme know i'll have a mirror for it.
