I've become more interested lately in relearning Irish, even though I have zero use for it it my day to day life. I can mangle my way thru Spanish, but that's something I use in the workplace.

Irish was the first language of my great granmother, and my grand mother spoke a fair bit of it. I don't remember much of it, about all I can manage is good morning, please, thank you and another pint please.

If I get drunk enough I can still belt out the Irish anthem in Irish.
