That is the problem ...
All those theories work for our beloved fantasies, but as every study shows rape happens very rarely in the way we fantasise, watch movies, write stories, do role-plays, whatever ... in essence real-life rape is usually much more "boring" than in rape-fantasy.
I'm sorry to go up against some of this, but forced blowjobs in real rapes are very, very rare ... it almost never happens.
