Simple, although not very creative menace. Besides, busting out her front teeth might not be as effective as you think. Despite your best efforts to bust out her front teeth, some teeth may simply be broken and defy further "busting". The jagged-edged remains would still represent a potential hazard to your poor pee-pee.
