A couple of well placed slaps are just as effective as a punch if not more so. You'd be amazed how quickly one or two backhands where the jaw meets the cheekbone will unhinge the knees. If the right guy has you, by the time the room stops spinning on you, he's already on top of you and halfway to heaven.
