though I'm not into death at all, I do appreciate that to be believable, rape needs to have variety in it's media or roleplay presentations... and while some rapists leave the victim to wallow in their own guilt or self pity, some would dispatch them to the great here-after to help insure their own escape... glad you chose to share.
