This video has been posted numerous times on RB. Hidden posted it as a rar file in Post #13 here:

A password of "hidden" (without the quotes) is identified. By the way, the download link is still good.

EDIT: Well, it's the right sniper vid OK, but hidden's posted rar file unpacks to 7 separately-playable avi files, not the single wmv mentioned by you. Also, it looks like there should have been an 8th avi file since it seems to end prematurely. Damn that sniper bitch is skinny. The two guys were likely picking bones out of their dicks when they were finished
