Unfortunately in mainstream stuff this seems to be considered off-limits unless it's off-screen. There are plenty where a rape seems to be about to happen but rescue arrives (there was one in "Frost", admittedly involving a detective constable not uniformed cunt). There is a wealth of Indian material, some on YouTube, with uniformed policewomen (their uniform is very sexy) getting attacked and beaten up - Indian guys really seem to go for this, as well as for dominant policewomen beating up men - and some rapes that get very close but fail in the end, plus one I remember with a plainclothes piece in tight jeans where she did get raped but after excellent build-up all you saw was the boss man lowering himself on to her.
