Firstly: Batman is not literally a superhero. He hasn't got super-powers.
Secondly: there are a few (superpowerless) super-heroes that use guns. First two that I can think of right now are Vigilante (several comics + the Justince League series) and The Punisher. There's got to be more, ... I'll do some reaserch.
