So the latest news from the university in Peshawar, Pakistan, is that the Taliban have shot dead "at least twenty-one", in a copy-cat murder spree.

There was that school girl a few years ago that ended up coming to live in England and getting a nobel peace prize for getting shot-up just for going to school. Then there was that school in Chechynah, don't know if any one remembers. Body Count had nothing on that, even Bataclan would have to hang its head in failure.

Oh, then of course, there was the incident in Nigeria that prompted Michelle Obama to demand of Boku Haram "let our girls go". Which simply led me to wonder how long it would be before some one explained to Mrs Obama that Lincoln happened and Americans could no longer demand any thing of Africans. (For clarification, Africa and America occupy two very distinct, and incredibly distant regions on the planet Earth. As do Italy and America.)

In conclusion, the United States of the Middle Third of the Northern Continent of the Americas really has a lot of catching up to do in order to set its educational house in order.
