Well I beg to differ... the color blue has been clinically found to decrease sexual arousal (maybe the reason for the term "blue balls?"). Pink has been found to clinically decrease aggression (especially amongst jail or prison inmates). But we'll agree to disagree...

As for Hygrophilia, there is no such term. If you meant, "Hygrophila", it is a taxonomic category of woody plants having leaves resembling those of the willow.

As for Hyrogphilia - if you check your spelling, the plant thing refers to Hygrophila and there is no "i" in front of the last "a" in your spelling. Without that "i" you are correct and it IS the plant thing, but with that "i" it is supposed to be a sexual fetish.

I will admit, however, that hygrophilia does not come up in the google search of sexual fetishes. However the other terms in the same list of sexual fetishes do pan out.

Supposedly hygrophilia is sexual arousal from body fluids or moisture. So either someone made it up or it's a recently defined fetish that it can't be found. So lets call this one even.

In its place I will "pop quiz" the word Algolagnia. Look that up in your Funk and Wagnells. I
