Out alone at night
 

While the wife was away... I got to play! Recently had a night all to myself and decided to indulge in my fantasy of being female. Wore my favorite dress of hers, her new red haired wig, a faux leather jacket and a pair of heels I bought just for me. Put my ID, phone etc in a tiny little purse and stepped out the side door of the house, got into my SUV and went for a little drive at 3am! Feeling brave I decided to stop at a local grocery store (that was closed) and walk up to the RedBox movie rental kiosk. I didn't park close either. I had to walk a bit to get there, enjoying the click of my heels on the pavement and upon reaching my destination realizing just how far I would have to go to get back in my vehicle if someone where to happen along and notice the "dude in the dress." My heart started racing and I wondered if THIS is how women feel all the time when they're out alone at night? I swallowed my fears and browsed the new release movies, conscious of cars driving by on the street beyond the parking lot and wondered if anyone thought twice about the minidress wearing figure standing in front of the Redbox. Did they even notice? Did they think "what's a girl dressed like that doing out alone at night?" or did they think "is that a GUY?" Either way, it was the most fun I've had in a while. Too bad someone DIDN'T notice, wonder what would have happened to me?
