If you are from the UK what are you going to do when that new law comes in making it an inprisonable offence to visit sites like this one?

Is anyone aware how they will be able to track or catch peple specifically visiting sites like this? How the evidence will be able to be presented.

The new law concerns possession of extreme violent pornographic images, not visiting Internet forums.

British law has maintained for many years that by visiting a site with a picture on it you are "creating" that image, and for however long it remains on your screen you "posses" it. There is plenty of case law (mostly against child porn, but in the 1990's also against vanilla hardcore) that has set precedent.

When that little picture up in the right hand corner appeared on your screen (the one that pays the bills round here) you became guilty of "possession of extreme violent pornographic images", so if you are English, when that law come in, hide your nationality.

Does anyone know when that law comes into force
