Born Again Bastards Annoyances
 

I met one of these born again bastards today, he is/was an old buddy I hadn't seen in a while. He gave up smoking last year and all of a sudden anyone else who smokes is a scumbag in his eyes. He waves his arms at people and argues with them for blowing smoke around, and now he is embarrassing and annoying company.
The fucker forgets all the years his buddies like me who don't fucking smoke had to inhale his poison fumes of death in bars, pool halls, at work etc.
God knows how many of us will die from passive smoking cancer because of the fucking bastard. Also, he never returned my Black & Decker drill I loaned him in 1979, the one that cost me almost a weeks wages back in those days when electrical tools were very expensive.

Then there are the real born agains, the religious ones. Like another ex buddy of mine. Never went to Church even once after he left the family roost at 18. Never a prayer at dinner or special occasions, never did a bit to help out the local Church when it needed a new roof, or when it was damaged when a stolen car hit the entrance.
Now all of a sudden this bastard grew a lump on his ballsac and had to have it removed. Scared the crap out of him and now he is at Church every Sunday, on his knees praying and trying to make up for lost time.
Well fuck you moron. You think the girl you got pregnant and fucked off from 30 years ago is going to shed a tear or forgive you just because you are afeared of croaking? Fuck no she won't. You think our Friday night cards crew forgive you for cheating and breaking the sacred Friday meet up for good? Fuck that, we still hate you for that and won't forgive you. I got news for you, God won't forgive you neither. You can't make up for bad deeds or lost time.

In fairness to myself, I always bitched about my buddies even when I lived in the USA. I bitch about pretty much everything and everyone up here as well.

My residency here isn't permanent, but work related and the pay and perks are pretty good. When I retire from work in about 10 years, my better half and me will be heading back to our old home across the border. Then I can bitch about everyone and everything there once more.

You didn't really need to reply to my post grants. You lose the battle once you start to justify your existence. ;)
