The good people at Marvel are just as perverted as we are. After all they created a Supervillian who meets quite a few fetish standards. The Purple Man is another supervillain of a similar vein who literally uses his powers to do just that. It has been suggested he has, in one fashion or another, sexually abused every superheroine he has managed to get under his thrall.

Yes, Marvel is full of this kind of stuff. Mastermind when he corrupted Jean Grey, for instance.

But I think I would prefer something more physical, roleplaying a huge, brutal, superstrong villain or anti-hero. Like Hercules at DC Comics, that raped Hippolyta (Wonder Woman's mother), though I'd love to rape Wonder Woman herself.

The Red Hulk also looks like a good character for this kind of fetish. The Frank Cho issue where he fights lots of Marvel heroines, for instance, would've been a lot better if he raped a few of them.
