I suggest you read there instructions and learn how to, the board admin has already edited one of your posts already, continue and he may ban you.

It is not hard to upload, you use this link http://rapidshare.com

Click browse to search on your hard drive for the file and then click upload, it cannot be any simpler, remember each file needs to be less than 100meg
