Sounds about right, be careful, sometimes the price repaires charge can be more then the laptop costs.

I was quoted the best part of £70 quid just to look at mine, even though I had an old hard drive lying around, and even then he couldn't gaurentee that he could fix it.

Sounds like either the hard drive or motherboard is going on your laptop, my old PC started to do that before it died for good. Have you had it looked at?

This guy, luckily his part time, he just does three days, the problem is that he only has the job cause his mum is scary, HR and tightish with our manager. Part of his problem is his age, his 18 with all the crap that carries, and speaks. He's starting to talk about joing the army, we if he acts there like he does at work, he's liable to get himself shot...by his own comrades.

Just been having one of them weeks at work.

It's was my Saturday in, and the part timer who works the sametime is a bit of a piss taker at the best of times. It works out that the full timers have to work one half day Sat every five weeks, it just seems that this one turns up late everytime it's me, so I asked him if he was taking the piss, he weren't happy but to hell with him, don't like him anyway.

Just pissed me off this morning.
