I'm thinking something with more conversation leading up to a far more erotic rape. Maybe a young woman on a desert island with a strong powerful male. She finds him alluring but not really attractive but she cannot survive o the island alone. After he rapes her one night she tries to leave only to almost get killed but he saves her. She cannot survive without him but staying with him leads to her being fucked progressively harder and losing all her dignity!
