How do I give reputation?
To give reputation, click on the reputation icon in the relevant post. This will reveal a form to complete with the reputation type and the reason for giving the reputation. If negative reputation is disabled then it will not be displayed in this form. You may not give reputation for the same post twice.
Send Crotch Ripper a PM or wall message and seek his advice, you have over 100 Rep points, you should as I understand it be capable of giving Rep.

Ok, I found the part on this site where it says I'm neutral. "Neutral reputation is only given when the person giving reputation does not meet the criteria set by the administrator to affect someone else's reputation." But then it never says what the criteria is. *shrugs*

And yep, still 13078. I even left the page and came back.
