I have seen a lot of pictures on the web and sites on the web that have pictures and were people seem to find pictures of even fully clothed people with nothing especially sexual going on a turn on.

My question is do a lot of people find simply being bound or the sight of someone who is bound/tied up/ hogtied a turn on even if the person is fully clothed and there is nothing overtly sexual happening at all.

Or to be more presise is the sight of someone bound or of binding someone or of being bound and tied up a turn on by itself alone.
