Board Regulations And Information!

The rules of the board:
1. NO sex with children ! [no pictures or video stories or anything to do with anyone under 18]
2. NO real rape ! We are a fantasy only site
3. NO spam of any form !
4. NO links to "bad" sites (viruses, exploits, etc.) !
5. No personal insults with the exception of the rowdy room.
6. No links or names of other similar sites allowed. if you need to refer to them please use abbreviations or nicknames.



If you break regulations the following may apply:
Warning system.
We have a warning system for 'bad posters'
1st warning. Written warning via pm or thread post.
2nd warning, 7 day ban.
3rd warning, 6 month ban.
Any more and the ban becomes permanent.

After a period of no less than 3 months of not receiving any warning your "warning level" will be reduced by one. Just to make sure we do not forget about it you should drop us a PM.

Posting pictures on the site.
If you wish to post a pic of a person you know, as opposed to a model/movie star etc...
Board regulations state: YOU MUST HAVE THEIR PERMISSION FOR THE PIC TO APPEAR ON THIS SITE!!! And state this on the thread in question please.

Reputation
Every new member begins with an initial reputation level of 10. This appears on the left under your user name and avatar if you have one. Its in the form of both numbers and boxes.
Green is good or positive rep and red is bad or negative rep.
For every year you are a member you gain one green rep point.
For every 1000 posts you make you gain one green rep point
For every 10 point of rep you receive you gain a rep altering power of 1 point which can affect other users rep if you choose to apply rep to them.
To be able to give rep to other members you must have made a minimum of 50 posts on the board and have your own rep at 10 or above
You can give rep to 10 members in a period of 24hours
You must give rep to 10 other members before you can give it to the same person again
And remember guys...grey rep doesn’t have an effect on your total! Its from a user who doesn’t qualify to give rep for one of the above reasons.

Priviledged members:
Please do not set up your control panel to show you as a priv member. This will be done automatically when you fulfil the following criteria. If you set this up before hand you will be contacted by a moderator to change it

Days Registered more than=180
Posts more than 200
This higher status allows the following:
Custom title!
Larger avatar size! Instead of standard 80x80 pixels qualify for 100x100.

As we always have new members signing up with us here, we have decided to introduce some “Newbie Rules”. These rules just give the new members a couple of little leeway outlets for being new and not knowing the rules yet.

New members will receive a “Newbie Warning” if they
1. Post any picture without the permission of the people who appear in the picture.
2. Incorporate any person aged 16 or 17 in a Story or a Role Play.

“Official Warnings” still stand for
1. Any talk of real rape
2. Posting Movies with people under the age of 18 in them
3. Posting any Stories/ Role Plays in them
4. Insulting people outside of the Rowdy Room
5. Posting links to any other similar sites or using the full names of any other similar sites.

These “Newbie Rules” only apply to new members that have either under 100 posts or have been here 2 weeks or less, which ever occurs first. After that you should have had time to read the Rules and Regulations so you will be just like the other older members and be subject to the same Rules as they are. To make sure you know the board rules (http://rapeboard.com/faq.php) please read them carefully and remember them so that you don’t break them.

If you break any “Newbie Rules” it will be noted and you will receive a PM telling you so and directing you to the Rules of the board. Once you have received one “Newbie Warning” you will then no longer be seen to not be aware of the rules and you will automatically fall under the same category as everyone else in regards to the board rules.

If you receive a PM for any reason and do not respond in an appropriate way to that PM then you will be “Officially Warned” like the rest of the older members.

IMPORTANT ADDITION TO THE RULES!

"In addition to enforcing the basic board rules, moderators reserve the right to warn/ban members who are causing significant disturbance to the board in some other ways. They can, at their sole discretion, impose personal rules at any time in these special circumstances."

"Members who do not violate the board rules but are causing significant disturbance (if believed to be so by the moderators) will be given a personal WRITTEN warning first. Failure to observe this personal warning will result in an official warning.

Exceptionally nasty behaviour might result in an immediate ban."
