RapIdshare problems

I'm trying to purchase a rapidshare premium account , to download and upload files , cant seem to get it to work , trying to use a pre paid credit card as i have before and it either cant be verified or it says the paypal site is having difficulties , it has been doing this for months but i used a pre paid card before with no problems , any suggestions? is there another US site to purchase rapidshare or anything like that i could do ? any help would be greatly appreciated

Try to setup a paypal account not using rapidshare, then use your paypal email addy to buy a premium account. If you can't get it to work that way then contact paypal customer service.

i did , i use a paypal and it says paypal is experiencing difficulties , been doing it forever , i contacted them several times with no reply =|
