A modified "headlight generator" built for bicycles might be better, but those typically are designed to work on the tire at a decent speed, and how to use the electric current to PREVENT a shock... OH! since the dildo will cause resistance, why not an opposing piston that pumps water out of a lower reservoir, into a dripping upper reservoir? When the lower reservoir is near full, it completes the circuit!

in any case, good impetus for buying a crappy mountain bike at a garage sale!

yes, the bicycle-powered fucking machine exists, and it's simpler than I envisioned, due to a less solid design. Rather than modifying a wheel strong enough to support a human, it replaces the wheel entirely with a set of discs and joins them with a moveable pin which holds the piston. pretty simple.
