Very nice. I've always been interested in electric play but somewhat reluctant to try it for the sake that I am not sure how safe it is. I'd like to hear from some of you who have played with sparks on how you enjoyed the experience

A good way to start is buying a TENS Machine...try it out on yourself and your partner at top whack in various places...obvious places :D

There's a forum for DIY e-stim units and accessories, as well as suggestions and whatnot from real users. Most folks probably ought to stick to one of the commercial units, but it's a handy resource if you're electrically inclined or just curious. If it relates to electrical stimulation, you'll probably find it here.
