I have horses in my the woods behind my house. They do not belong to me but i have never seen the owner. Anyways there is male horse whos dick is only floping around. I always want to go and touch it and suck it but it is scared of me. Is there any way i can get it to like me and let me do things with it?

Feed it sugar cubes.

Take submissive postures. Approach within "uneasy" distance, stop, lower your head, and keep your limbs close to your body.

Buy a bottle of mare's piss, or hormone equivalent, at the agricultural supply store, and rub it on your vagina.

Animals are much simpler than humans. A good whiff of mare-in-heat piss on your cooter will spark interest.

Just be aware that you'll probably get severely injured trying this with an untrained animal.

Make sure the horse can see you. Never approach a horse directly from the front, they have a blind spot. Never touch a horse without letting it first get your scent.
Sugar cubes, as was previously stated, are a good idea. Carrots and celery are always welcome to a horse. Stroke the horse's muzzle and neck and speak softly and lovingly into the horses ear. Watch his ears though, if he pulls them back, be careful, it means he's scared so he's unpredictable. Especially stallions...

Keep feeding him carrots and sugar cubes, but most of all, be gentle, show care. Horses know your intentions, they just want to know if they're gonna be ok through it all.
Anyway, Give it a good 10 minutes and the horse will practically worship the ground you walk on. And if you return again to see him, bring a carrot and hold it out in front of you. They'll begin to associate you with good food, treats, pleasure, and attention.

My sister has 2 mares, a stallion, and a foal so watching her and taking care of her horses when she goes to competitions has gotten me a small amount of experience even though I'm no expert.
