750Gb? I'd almost kill for a HD that size! Mine is an older puter and only 12Gb so needless to say, I spend a LOT of time burning films to disk to make more room. I really need to think seriously about upgrading...lol.

Ahh if its for file storage, i use a external hard drive, it less hassle than installing a new hard drive, easy to use and plugs in via a usb cable.

Agreed, and this may be an excellent solution to BoredMom's frustration with her 12 GB HD. In my case, I'm acquiring a complete new system.

I have one, but damn, it takes ages to transfer files over when you're in a rush to leave the house.
