this video has been posted on this forum before. I didn't click the image, but i can recognize the video. Girl is celebrating her birthday with 2 guys, one dances with her and starts to grab areas that she doesn't want touched. Then the other guy joins in, restraining her and then they force various sexual acts upon her.

It's just the old Russian "Happy Birthday" clip from Scream & Cream and a few other related sites. It has a spam txt file advertising a site (see his nickname).

I found no real problem with the pic host or the file host.

But, it is spam in a colorful can.
