I genuinely don't even know what advice I expect, since there have been butt plugs, stretchers, toys, lube, shes just small and I have a thick member so its tough getting both holes filled at once

Start of easy 3 fingers then work your way up to 5 then the fist. Be gentle as she is your wife. Worked for me hubby loves it now. Either that or big toys and lots of lube.
