It's a piece of a full movie called "18 and Confused", I have a version in good quality that runs nearly 20 minutes though it also seems to end rather abruptly {looks like someone simply lopped off the first scene of the film including credits, that's how I know the name}. What I saw was the original Japanese version, no English subtitles or dubbing.

Title included (I think) the word "Yooroppa" (Japanese word for "Europe").

Setting was fantasy/dreamlike. A young woman arrives in a strange country (planet?). She gets sent flying down a long dark tunnel; many hands set in the walls of the tunnel grope her.

She catches a sort of flying "taxi" whose driver is a sinister cloaked figure with a head made of a sort of spherical bag which has the hiragana characters "he no, he no, mo, he" painted on it arranged to form a stylized frowning face. While the taxi is in flight, he rapes her.

Later she is in a town full of demonic-looking creatures who subject her to various sexual humiliations.

Later she climbs a giant tree in the company of another woman who carries a sword. They enter a sort of hollowed-out space high in the tree trunk. There they encounter a tentacled monster with the same spherical bag head as the taxi driver. The monster tentacle-rapes them both.

The taxi rape and the tentacle-monster rape are both accompanied by distinctive, intense music.
